Delivery
Every product on this site is digital. There is no shipping and no delivery address is required at checkout.
Once your payment is confirmed, your code is emailed to the address you gave at checkout. This is usually within one minute, but can take up to 24 hours if a payment needs manual review.
If your code has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number.
Refunds
Digital codes are refundable only while unredeemed. Once a code has been activated on a platform it cannot be returned to us, and cannot be refunded.
If a code is faulty, already used, or does not work in the region advertised, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will replace it or refund it in full.
Because of the nature of digital goods, this is the policy that applies. It is listed here so you know it before you buy, not after.
